The INESC TEC community came together in a solidarity campaign to support Adolescere – Associação de Apoio à Criança e ao Adolescente, donating toys, hygiene products and school supplies for the children, young people and families supported by the organisation.
Organised by INESC TEC’s Technical Committee for Social Responsibility as part of World Children’s Day, the initiative involved our members from the Porto and Braga hubs, who contributed a range of essential items throughout the campaign.
The donations were subsequently delivered to Adolescere, which will distribute them according to the needs of the children, young people and families supported.
The initiative is part of INESC TEC’s broader programme of social responsibility activities and aims to strengthen support for organisations working directly with local communities facing greater vulnerability.
Based in Braga, Adolescere provides support and assistance to children, young people and families, working to promote their well-being, inclusion and development.
