In early December, Gustavo Dalmarco talked about his experience in Porto, at INESC TEC – the place where the multitalented researcher takes on several Technology Management projects. It was a cold and windy day, with clouds in the sky. But Gustavo did his best to name what makes Porto a haven, after many years travelling to many places: “Despite the Porto’s dimension, quite small when compared to Brazilian cities, it features all the things that make up a large city”.
