Leandro Gomes, Postdoc Researcher (CRIStAL – Université de Lille)

What have you been doing professionally since you left INESC TEC?

After I concluded my PhD, I continued as a researcher at HASLab, while working as guest assistant professor at the University of Minho. Then, I joined CRIStAL (Université de Lille) as a postdoc researcher, exploring a research line on differential privacy.

How did your experience at INESC TEC contributed to your professional history?

INESC TEC kindly integrated me in the HASLab work group, introducing me to the world of science research. The social and scientific activities carried out at HASLab and INESC TEC allowed me to make important contacts for the future. Moreover, the funding to participate in international conferences and workshops were crucial to the networking in my area of research.
