What is your professional background with INESC TEC?

I worked with the INESC TEC team within the framework of the FotoInMotion, a research project funded by the EU. INTRASOFT International was the coordinator of the consortium, and I worked as project manager.

Briefly describe the main projects you have carried out in collaboration with INESC TEC.

The goal of FotoInMotion was to provide an innovative solution to the repurposing of content, by proposing an automated tools for innovative contextual data extraction, object recognition, creative transformation, editing and text animation, as well as state of the art 3D conversion options that allow content creators to transform their photos into highly engaging spatial and three dimensional video experiences.

What are the significant outcomes of these projects that you can highlight?

FotoInMotion is a project born from an innovative format that transforms a single photograph into a dynamic, high-quality video for storytelling and branding. The FotoInMotion tool allows both professional content producers and creative citizens to rapidly produce videos with automated editing functions and dynamic effects, driven by AI-powered object identification and advanced 3D technology. I would like to highlight the contribution of INESC TEC, since they developed the automated annotation in images, listed as one of the key innovations of the project.

INESC TEC’s team was very professional throughout the project implementation and they went above and beyond to meet the project goals.

What is the possibility of future collaborations with INESC TEC?

Our experience with INESC TEC was nothing more than excellent, so we would gladly collaborate again in the future, since they have proven to be not only knowledgeable, but also trustworthy partners.
