INESC TEC and ISPUP are organising a number of Open Talks dedicated to Personal Data Protection in the context of the Research and Development activities. Invited speakers will participate in these Open Talks in order to promote the exchange of opinions and experiences in open debates, which will cover several research contexts.

The 2nd Open Talk, titled Challenges for Energy Data Management and Processing in a Smart Grid Context, addresses some of the legal and ethical implications for research under GDPR. This second edition will be held on the 15th October, at Estádio do Dragão, starting at 3:45 p.m.
