29 INESC TEC collaborators acknowledged at the 183rd edition of FEUP Day

29 INESC TEC collaborators were recognised on the Day of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP), commemorated on January 13.

As customary, the FEUP Day celebrations brought together the Engineering community, for an event dedicated to the public recognition of all those who, over the last year, stood out in the research, teaching and innovation fields. Several pedagogical and scientific recognition awards were given, and the retirements/emeritus statuses were also honoured.

This year, the “guest of honour” was the entire business universe with whom FEUP has been collaborating, in a session attended by Cláudia Azevedo, SONAE’s CEO.

FEUP Day is held annually with the main objective of pointing out and appreciating the role of the Faculty in the professional and personal success of current and former students, teachers, researchers and technical staff.
