INESC TEC with two postdoctoral grants in the areas of energy and computing

Two postdoctoral researchers will have the opportunity to advance their career at the Institute for Systems and Computer Engineering, Technology and Science (INESC TEC) for one year. The grants are available to foreign researchers, provided by INESC TEC through the Alain Bensoussan International Fellowship Program, promoted by the European Research Consortium for Informatics and Mathematics (ERCIM).

This is an opportunity that will allow young researchers in the fields of computing and mathematics – and their application to energy systems – to work at a key European research institute with internationally recognised experts, while improving their knowledge of European research structures and networks. The registration is open until September 30, and the grants areas encompass several subjects of Computer Science, Information Technology and Applied Mathematics.

This programme lasts for one year, with a monthly stipend of around €1.686/month. All those interested should formalise their applications by submitting the form available on ERCIM‘ website. On INESC TEC’s website, applicants can also find the research topics of the activities they will perform, as well as additional information on this initiative.

Portuguese researchers interested in the program may apply only for grants at foreign institutions part of ERCIM.
